Background
Information
Dr. Arnold Kegel, a Los Angeles
gynecologist in the mid-1940's proved under
scientific conditions that 93% of all female incontinence could
be cured by properly exercising certain "pelvic floor"
muscles.
Dr. Kegel's life's work has been
"misconstrued" (Click
here to read) by the incontinence industry.
They (the manufacturers of adult diapers and others) are the
ones who originally paid to make it part of medical
(specifically nursing) "protocol" to recommend "kegels".
Dr. Kegel specifically warned against merely giving oral
instructions to do squeezes without using resistance.
Only 5% of women attempting "kegels" in this manner
realize benefits.
Furthermore, and please read this
carefully: 25% of women who attempt to do kegels will make
their incontinence worse, as this is the result of inadvertently
exercising the wrong muscles..
One of the features of the Kegelmaster is it cradles
the correct pelvic floor muscles- the pubococcygeal (PC or
"kegel") muscles and allows the user to easily "isolate"
them. Completely adjustable, it works with 15 progressive
strength settings allowing the user to begin at a comfortable
level as well as monitor her progress. Nothing like a little
feedback to spur one on! (see B. F. Skinner!)

There is nothing like the patented
Kegelmaster2000. |
Every woman on the planet can
benefit. In addition to stopping and absolutely
preventing incontinence, there are significant sexual
benefits. It begins with a tighter vagina,
dramatically stronger and longer orgasms,
but there is more.........!!!!!
Amazingly the Kegelmaster is fun to use. There is
virtually no energy expended! (Jane Fonda, eat your heart
out!)
The
"reps" one performs are comparable to an exercise one
would do with any state-of-the-art gym equipment. Results
are noticeable after the 1st use and it just keeps getting better
and better.
"Resistance
exercise" is what differentiates the Kegelmaster from
conventional kegels. Imagine trying to build up your biceps by
merely flexing. For optimal muscle gain, one exercises a muscle
with "resistance".
Dr. Arnold
Kegel was one of the greatest physicians who ever lived.
We are proud to
honor the memory and true legacy of Dr. Kegel.
